A gorgeous sleeveless midi slip dress featuring plush velvet decolletage ,shoulder straps and a double banded scolloped  velvet detail at the hip line. The dress swings with a  gored full circle skirt finished with velvet banded hem. A concealed zip closure on the side. Trelise Cooper Frock Steady Dress is vintage early 2000. 

The Fabric is a lightweight semi sheer fluid dusty pink georgette rayon printed with romantic vintage inspired pastel flock velvet floral sprays. A matching  dusty pink slip comes with the dress. It has a mesh detail at the decolletage edge.
