The 'Dish The Skirt' skirt from Cooper by Trelise Cooper. Designed in the 'Born To Be A Star' semi-sheer georgette, this skirt is lined and features an elasticated waist, godet insert creating a hi-low hem with deep frill. Elasticated waistband. Looks amazing with a cooper t-shirt or the matching 'Star Power' shirt.
